Runway Girly bids farewell to the South of France.

Do I have to leave? Sun, sea & croissants oh how I will miss thee!

But before I leave I’ve decided to wear my favourite summer pieces. Lets face it it will be all socks, vests & thermals back in balmy UK.

What is it about us girls? We all want to be ballerina's.

Amazing restaurant if you ever find yourself in Fayence.
Tip? Order the Fish Soup...to die for!

My favourite course...dessert.

Turban- DIY from Vintage scarf

Runway girly browses for second hand treasures

This is a tiny charity shop in Fayence…..but it is FANTASTIC!!! Unlike the UK, where charity stores are littered with fast fashion, the French equivalent is filled with great quality at ludicrously cheap prices!!!!

One has never felt so good being charitable!

Love this quirky coat…something Henry Holland about it.

Dynasty?

Patent clutch….a girly’s wardrobe MUST.

SO ON TREND….the palazzo pant in a FRUITY print.

4 Euros? No words…..

I leave... one happy customer.....keep checking the blog for purchases.

Best Beach Towel!

Spotted on the sands of Cannes!
Amazing what you spot on iholiday.

It's "so much nicer in Nice".

Nice is undeniably the best location in the South of France. It offers EVERYTHING!!!!

Unlike its competition it doesn’t rely on tourists so anticipate a buzz all year.

Recommendations….hit the old town. Brimming with artists, galleries, clothes, jewels & FOOD! The closest thing Europe has to a souk.

Not everything is as it seems...check out the trompe d'oreil above....when is a window not a window?

I spent most of my childhood in the Middle East so always seek out the likes of Houmous, Tzaziki & Shich Taouk.

Stars & Stripes….suddenly felt patriotic??? No! Was inspired by D&G stars & just went from there.

Plus when in France follow the locals/stereotypes and hit the stripes.

Socca, far left. A local snack made of chickpeas. Drown it in black pepper. Delicious.

Not the most visually appealing....but a unique street food. A hit with the locals.

Runway Girly’s latest find!

Discovered this little Yemeni gem. One of a kind…..destined for my wrist.

I picked up this stunning bracelet at the Vintage market stall in Fayence of all places. To see what else was on offer check out my other post here!

Jewerly spotting!

Spotted on a Dutch finger in the flea market.

A silver spectacular, an intricate weave of twigs….stunning!
